The Centre is located in the north east of Scotland in the beautiful and ancient Royal Burgh of Forres.
Forres is home to the famous Grant Park which is known for the annual "Britain in Bloom" competition as well as playing host to highland games, European Pipe Band Championships and many orienteering and sporting events.
With many accessible activities and attractions nearby, including The Findhorn Foundation, Forres is a popular destination with much to offer.

Taxis are available at the station should this be required. Inverness Airport is also an easy 25 minute commute by car / taxi.
Healthworks is housed in a delightful Victorian building on the pedestrianised Bank Lane which runs south from High Street (beside the Bank of Scotland).
There is space for cycle parking outside the building or on the High Street and also a nearby free car-park, access to which is gained from Tolbooth Street, turning right at the bottom of the hill, and then right again.
There is a ramp and ground floor treatment rooms if required.
