What I offer

My approach is embodied with the view that emotions, trauma and memories are stored in the body and that there are times when words are not enough to release trauma, regulate and integrate our experiences. Key to an embodied approach is the body mind connection. And the innate connection we have to nature. The relationship between our body mind and with nature is crucial for our mental health and wellbeing.

Sessions are integrative with the view that there is no single approach to suit all. They are trauma-informed and draw on cognitive, mindful, somatic and creative approaches to therapy. I use a range of methods to help you thrive not just survive. I have extensive experience supporting children, families, and communities to thrive through body‑based healing and mindful connection.

I am soon to offer Neurodiverse Success: Help your child thrive in school and grow in to an independent learner. Let me know if you would like a free 15 minute call to see if we are a good fit.
