Treatments with Ellie can combine her different skills to help you restore balance as effectively as possible.  These treatments allow space to restore, support the body, ease the mind, and lift the spirit. She uses various techniques alongside reflexology and abdominal massage for this, from Chinese acupressure points, energy clearings, flower essences, plants, tapping EFT, breathwork, and space for reflection.

Nourish Wellbeing

Stress is a simple word we hear a lot, but it is thought to be at the root of physical complaints and there are estimates that 70% of modern illness is connected to stress.

Trauma and chronic stress can affect us on many levels: physiologically, biologically, and emotionally. To ease the cycles of stress on the system we need to support the nervous system and encourage healthy energy flow and chi.

Reflexology

The overall aim of reflexology treatment is to restore the body's natural equilibrium.

  • Fertility/ menstrual/ hormonal balance
  • Support digestive health
  • Support immune system
  • Recover from fatigue/ burnout
  • Ease emotional imbalance and low mood
  • Lymphatic drainage and clear toxins, improves complexion.
  • Stress related symptoms and adrenal balance

Abdominal Therapy for Women's Health

Abdominal therapy, also known as or uterine massage or womb massage, is a therapeutic technique that involves gentle manipulation of the abdomen to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and support reproductive health. Supporting the flow, circulation and vitality of the abdominal and womb space can have profound benefits both physically and emotionally.

A nurturing massage for women can be beneficial for various health issues: from digestive troubles, painful periods, fertility support, pelvic problems to emotional upset. Stress and life experiences can impact our wellbeing, invite flow and releasing tension in your body's center can be a source of healing and nervous system regulation.

These are deeply restorative sessions, blending bodywork, with energy healing designed to support your nervous system, invite rest and release and clear the womb space inviting natural vibrancy.

Ellie is a member of the Association of Reflexologists and BFVEA and adheres to their full professional standards and continued education.

Trauma Transformation Therapy

Healthworks Practitioner: Dr Lauren McCoy

Mob: 07955 194 634
E-mail: TTTLauren@proton.me

About me
I work as a Counselling Psychologist Doctorate specialising in integrative therapy for mind and body wellbeing. Since qualifying from the doctorate in Counselling Psychology 9 years ago, I have continued to work across a variety of settings ranging from community, private, inpatient and secondary care services.  I enjoy working with adults, using all of my training and experience to offer individualised care. I am also trained in energy healing- Master Reiki Healing and gentle touch body therapy- Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy.

What do I offer?
I have evolved my talking therapy to help with diverse issues. I mainly draw on scientific and spiritual knowledge, whilst enjoying weaving humanistic and third-wave Cognitive Behavioural Therapies to a) help someone understand the nature of the problem and b) help them develop strategies to overcome the issue they face. My style has been described as 'integrative, pluralistic and deeply compassionate'.

My experience of working in complex settings has meant that I am very used to offering relief and healing from trauma, whether that is from one-off trauma events or childhood attachment traumas. I have a somatic understanding of trauma and often use somatic movement theory and dance to help people ground themselves when needed/ or if preferred.  I also use a specific therapy for trauma, which is known as EMDR, (eye movement desensitising reprocessing) to work on the mental  beliefs and distortions caused through the experience of trauma. Get in touch to experience EMDR therapy.

Learn more about my work and background from 'The Counselling Directory'.

For further information about treatments or to make an appointment, please contact Lauren as above.

What is Bio-Psy Resonance™?

Bio-Psy Resonance™ is a Therapeutic Approach Integrating Bio-resonance Technology, Psychology, and Numerology for Whole-Person Healing

This gentle, non-invasive method combines frequency diagnostics and treatment with psychotherapy to support lasting healing by addressing physical symptoms and resolving the emotional, mental, and spiritual blocks that can get in the way of your recovery.

Bio-Psy Resonance Therapy™ weaves together Bio-Resonance, Psychotherapy, and Numerology into one integrative, personalised experience — addressing emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual layers of your being.

Sessions are available in Forres, Scotland, or online. You can attend in person or remotely, or choose an In-Absence session — where your scan and treatment are carried out without your presence, and you’ll receive a detailed report or video along with your personalised remedy by post.

The default treatment combines all modalities. However, each modality can also be explored on its own, depending on what you need most at this stage of your journey.

Psychotherapy: https://www.eugenieyoung.com/counselling-and-psychotherapy

Numerology: https://www.eugenieyoung.com/bio-psy-numerology

How It Works

Using advanced frequency scanning and rebalancing technology (Metatron Hunter), we detect imbalances across physical systems, emotional structures, energy fields, and vibrational patterns. We combine:

  • Bio-resonance scanning & treatment to assess organs, energy systems, pathogens, organs, cells, and even DNA structures.
  • Psychotherapeutic dialogue to process what emerges emotionally and psychologically and what can potentially interfere with recovery.
  • Personalised vibrational remedy created based on the frequency analysis of your health.
  • Numerological & archetypal insight (if desired) to map inner patterns and accelerate integration

Who It’s For

This method is ideal for individuals who:

  • Feel emotionally blocked, drained, or overwhelmed
  • Experience recurring physical symptoms or chronic health issues
  • Have tried traditional approaches with limited results
  • Seek a holistic path to healing that honours both science and soul

Whether you’re dealing with fatigue, anxiety, hormonal imbalance, trauma, mystery symptoms, or simply seeking clarity and alignment, Bio-Psy Resonance™ offers a uniquely supportive and non-invasive pathway forward.

Zenthai Shiatsu Massage / Pregnancy Zenthai

Healthworks Practitioner: Valentina Lambiase

Zenthai Shiatsu is a holistic fusion of yoga asana, Traditional Thai Massage, Zen Shiatsu, and Osteopathic techniques, all integrated with focused intention at its core. Often described as a dynamic dance between practitioner and receiver, Zenthai combines fluid movements, mindful touch, and therapeutic acupressure. It has evolved to be widely recognised as a profound structural and energetic therapy, effectively addressing challenges within the musculoskeletal, digestive, and nervous systems.

Grounded in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Zenthai works along the body's meridians to support the flow of Qi, the vital energy influencing our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. About Joseph:

Many years of adventuring in the Scottish mountains and working in outdoor education gave me a deep connection to my body and the world around me.

It also gave me extreme fatigue, burn-out and a healing crisis that led me to adventure inwardly, exploring yoga, breath work, meditation and herbal/plant medicine.

The realisation that touch, physical connection, and the healing of our own bodies is a fundamental antidote to the healing crisis we experience now as a collective humanity.

Physiotherapist specialising in CranioSacral Therapy

Healthworks Practitioner: Sue Watson

E-Mail: cst@sue-watson.co.uk

Tel: 0774 095 5517

About Me

As a craniosacral and physiotherapist I am passionate about supporting health through presence, touch, movement, and education. My expertise lies in having an in depth understanding of anatomy, movement, and stress physiology as well as extensive experience using touch as a healing modality. A key aspect of my work is bringing awareness to the parts of your body, sensations and feelings that may go unnoticed, allowing your health to express itself.  The practice of slow sustained attention to sensation can be transformative in creating connection and coherence, and thus balance.

Whilst I have developed a special interest in pain, burn-out and depletion/fatigue I also work with a large cross section of other conditions across all ages. My own curiosity about the conditions and experiences that present themselves has offered me a wealth of understanding into the medically unusual and unexplained. This is where working with health – available to everyone if you know how to access it – can be more beneficial than the need to know why.

I invite a ‘Curiously Connected’ approach to our work together. Every individual is just that – individual - your needs will be unique. My role is to work with you to make the connections that resonate at the deepest level, help you find flexibility and access the resources that will sustain long term change.

I have 30+yrs experience as a chartered physiotherapist and 20+yrs as a craniosacral therapist - trained and qualified in both the Upledger and Biodynamic approaches. My primary focus is craniosacral therapy but with the experience and knowledge that a career in physiotherapy brings which can be applied where appropriate/requested.

About Eugenie

Eugenie Young is an integrative psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals through emotional pain, psychological challenges, and profound inner change. Her work bridges traditional counselling with complementary, consciousness-based methods, creating a holistic, deeply attuned space for healing the mind, body, and spirit.

Eugenie's therapeutic style is grounded in person-centred counselling and integrates a range of modalities, both mainstream and complementary. Every session is tailored to meet the unique requirements of each individual, providing a respectful and confidential environment where clients feel genuinely seen, supported, and empowered throughout their healing journey.

She is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and trained in multiple complementary modalities, allowing her to hold space for complexity — whether clients arrive with long-standing emotional pain, identity concerns, physical symptoms linked to trauma or spiritual disconnection.

Some Areas of Support Include:

  • Depression, anxiety, panic, OCD, and emotional overwhelm
  • Trauma and abuse recovery (emotional, physical, sexual, psychological)
  • Grief, loss, suicidal ideation, and chronic emptiness
  • Low self-worth, shame, self-harm, and relational pain
  • Substance use and personality struggles
  • Gender identity, existential crisis, or loss of life direction
  • Spiritual exploration, intuitive sensitivity, and unexplained health symptoms
  • Personality disorders, abuse and loss of health
  • Relationships Issues

Trauma-Informed Abuse Recovery

A significant part of Eugenie's work centres on supporting survivors of abuse-related trauma. The lingering effects of emotional, physical, sexual, or psychological abuse can touch every aspect of life — from the ability to trust and connect to a sense of safety in one's own body.

Her practice offers a gentle, trauma-informed space where survivors are met with compassion, not judgment. Eugenie carefully tailors her approach to each person, supporting healing without re-traumatisation and honouring the pace and wisdom of each individual's process.

Spiritual Counselling & Personal Growth

Alongside psychotherapy, Eugenie also offers spiritual counselling and guidance for personal development. Many of her clients are navigating mystical experiences, spiritual awakenings, psychic sensitivity, or medically unexplained emotional and energetic states.

With her background in consciousness-based healing and vibrational medicine, Eugenie offers grounded, intuitive support to those seeking clarity, meaning, or a deeper connection to something greater. Together, she helps clients explore purpose, creativity, and identity — and align more deeply with their authentic selves.

Client Testimonials

"When I first came to Eugenie, I was severely depressed, isolated, and battling serious digestive issues that left me unable to function. With her help and unwavering support, I've not only healed emotionally — I've regained my health, self-respect, and a renewed love for life. She helped me become someone I never thought I could be."
– Matthew

"Eugenie is an incredibly intuitive, kind and effective counsellor and therapist. She helped my son in a big way when he was in a dark and lonely place. Her compassion and generosity know no bounds!" – Peter.

Lisa Gatley - Raynor Deep Tissue Massage

Raynor Deep Tissue Massage

Healthworks Practitioner: Lisa Gatley

Mob: 07850 241253
E-mail: elizagatley@gmail.com

Raynor Deep Tissue Massage

A Raynor deep tissue massage focuses on the muscle areas and the deeper tissue, which in turn reduces tension, stress, and more. If you have muscular aches and pains, this massage is strongly recommended for to help reduce these issues.

**************

Hi my name is Lisa and I am a qualified advanced Raynor Massage therapist.  Raynor massage is internationally recognised as one of the most powerful and effective forms of deep tissue massage available today.  I also have studied Psychology and Clinical and Developmental Neuropsychology complimenting the holistic approach to the awareness of the body and mind connections.  I have a wealth of knowledge, skills and experience. My main aim is to understand exactly what you need so I can provide the most suitable massage for you

What is Raynor Massage

Raynor massage was developed by Brandon Raynor to identify and release residual tension, stiffness and any blockages, both physical and emotional within the body.  It concentrates not only the muscles and skeletal systems but also our subtle body energy systems.  It has its origins in Eastern forms of massage such as Ayurvedic massage, Hawaiian Medicine Lomi Lomi, both Deep Tissue and Sports Massage, Reflexology, Shiatsu, and Yoga breath work.  If tension exists, the therapist will trace the Myofascial and Meridian lines throughout the body, whilst applying a range of pressure and stretching techniques suitable for an individual’s needs.  The aim of this type of massage, is to unlock tension, and muscle tightness.  Its holistic approach does not separate the body from the mind and our emotions and ultimately will return the body to its natural state of relaxation.

Raynor Massage values the importance of certain parts of the body that are often neglected by traditional massage therapists such as the abdomen, the sacrum, the hips, the hands, feet and head.  These areas are more incline to hold a lot of stagnation and blockages and releasing them up will benefit not just to those areas but to the whole being.

All massage techniques will be modified to suit individual needs, taking into account different lifestyles and how residual tension presents itself in unique ways in different people.  Residual tension can cause migraines, arthritis, insomnia, bad posture, gait problems, sports injuries, back/neck pain and much more.

Suitable for Everyone

Raynor Massage is suitable for people of any age and any fitness level.  It will activate the body’s own healing processes, increase blood circulation and lymph flow, releasing endorphins and speed up recovery from any activity.  All treatments begin with a consultation which enables me to make sure Raynor Massage is right for you.

It’s a Massage to remove Stress and Emotional Tension

Another important concept of Raynor Massage is to release trapped emotions which has been shown to benefit people suffering from stress and depression as it unlocks physical tension linked to emotional issues, which will improve an individual’s overall sense of wellbeing.

Sport Injuries

People who partake in regular sports activities find that a regular massage will not only prevent injuries but also enhance their performance.

Pregnancy Massage

Expectant mums can also benefit particularly if they have aches, swelling and discomfort during their pregnancy.

Insomnia

Raynor Massage has been shown to benefit people who suffer from Insomnia as removing residual tension allows the mind and body to relax, enabling a deep and enriching night’s sleep.

Other symptoms Raynor Massage can help with:

Headaches

Tight back and shoulders

Menstrual problems

Digestive disorder related to nervous tension

Anxiety and Stress

Depression

Constipation

Before, during and after pregnancy

Reduce stress and fatigue

Strengthen the immune system

Increase range of mobility and flexibility

Many other conditions

After your treatment and ‘The Healing Crisis’ can occur

Most people will feel instantly re-energized and lighter after the treatment. Some will feel completely relaxed.  Raynor Massage is a therapeutic treatment and triggers the body’s natural healing processes, stimulating detoxification and regeneration which can be uncomfortable.  Occasionally for some people, this experience can make them feel unwell.  Signs of the Healing Crisis occurring can include: Cold and flu like symptoms, feeling tired and general aches and pains.   The more toxic a person’s system is, then the more severe the detoxification process will be, which will show itself in a temporary increase in the flu like symptoms.  The good news is this is a sign that the treatment is working and your body is going through a natural process of cleansing itself from impurities, toxins and imbalances.

For some people, a really good massage may be uncomfortable if they are not used to it.  If and when the Healing Crisis occurs and finishes, their body should feel a lot better, they will have increased mobility and a general feeling of being more relaxed.  To gain maximum benefit from your treatment, it is advisable to drink plenty of water and avoid alcohol in the hours immediately after your massage.

For further information or to make an appointment, please call me on 07850 241253 or contact me at Healthworks.
